I have been doing Pilates for many years and had a variety of teachers but Fran is certainly the best. She instructs the class with such precision and encouragement. She makes me use muscles I never knew I had which takes me out of my comfort zone and increases my suppleness. At the end of each class I feel really energised. It is one of the highlights of my week!
I have found Fran and her team to be really professional – although I tend to see different members of her team as I am away so often, there has been great continuity and sustained focus on my specific issues. I think the link with Sheen Physiotherapy is also very beneficial. Most of my prior experience of Pilates has been at a very general level.
